Child Safety Standards Policy

Zawajj, developed and operated by Familjrådgivning förening, is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all users, especially children. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and related harmful content.

Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation (CSAE)

Our app explicitly prohibits any content, behavior, or material that involves or promotes child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or any form of sexualized content involving minors. Such violations lead to immediate removal of offending content, suspension or termination of user accounts, and reporting to appropriate authorities, including compliance with regional laws and regulations.

Scope and Enforcement

We actively monitor and moderate all user-generated content and interactions to prevent CSAE. Users are encouraged to report any suspicious or harmful content through the in-app reporting mechanism. Our enforcement actions include content removal, account suspension, and cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

In-App Reporting and Feedback Mechanism

Our app includes a functional in-app feedback and reporting tool that enables users to report violations related to child safety securely and confidentially.

Legal Compliance and Reporting

We comply with all applicable child protection laws and regulations, including mandatory reporting requirements to organizations like the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent regional bodies.
